CHICSPHERE ships to customers in the United States and Canada. The shipping methods, costs and any free-shipping offers available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Orders are usually prepared and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. Processing does not include weekends, public holidays or carrier transit time.

Delivery estimates

Your serum ships from our international fulfillment warehouse. Once dispatched, most orders arrive within about 7-14 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Rural and remote addresses may take longer, and busy periods can add a few days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

Taxes, duties and customs

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. Because orders ship from outside your country, import duties or customs charges may apply to some shipments depending on local rules. If you're asked to pay an unexpected charge on delivery, please contact us before paying.
