Refund & Return Policy

At CHICSPHERE, we want you to love every product you purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • An essential part of the item is missing

To be eligible:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, with original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene & safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Beauty tools

  • Personal care tools

  • Used kitchen gadgets

  • Fitness accessories showing wear

  • Items without original packaging


Refunds

Once your return is approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days.

COD refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Wrong item delivered


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
